The reroofing of Aspen House in Hoarwithy was completed using reclaimed Welsh slate to preserve the property's traditional character while ensuring long-lasting protection; our team carefully stripped the existing roof, inspected and repaired the underlying timber roof structure where necessary, and sourced reclaimed slates expertly matched for size, colour and weathering to maintain historical authenticity. Replacement leadwork was installed to all valleys, chimneys and , and every slate was laid with attention to historical coursing, secure fixings appropriate to the pitch and exposure, and correct head and side laps to guarantee performance.
